In His Zeal to Attack Fox News and Worship Obama, Jon Stewart Reveals His Baseball Ignorance
Jul 16th
Jon Stewart hates Fox News with a passion. He’s also a liberal who adores Barack Obama. With these two traits in mind, he makes a fool of himself by confusing his baseball terminology and bogusly attacking Fox News (again).
Fox and Friends’ hosts Gretchen Carlson and Steve Doocy both mentioned that Obama threw out the first pitch and that the catcher “dug it out of the dirt.” Stewart takes exception with this, and then proceeds to claim the two are merely bald-faced liars by saying this (in the video below):
| The Daily Show With Jon Stewart | Mon – Thurs 11p / 10c | |||
| Obama’s All-Star Pitch | ||||
|
||||
“If you’re just going to make shit up about what happened, maybe you shouldn’t do it while the videotape that contradicts you is playing.”
A rational person does research…usually a good idea in order to not make a fool of yourself.
I’m a rational person, so I took a second to check out the video myself and to do a teeny tiny bit of research. When your hatred of Fox News is ever-present, chances are you’re about to make an ass of yourself, and Stewart didn’t disappoint.
According to Wikipedia’s list of baseball jargon, one can, with a quick 30 second google search find this:
dig it out
* To field a ball on or near the ground. Usually a first baseman taking a low throw from another infielder. To “dig it out of the dirt.”
* To run hard through first base on a close ground ball play in an attempt to beat the throw.
Now, I don’t know about you, but if I can take less than a minute to do a quick search to discover the meaning of the jargon “dig it out of the dirt,” then Stewart, who hosts a popular television show to an international audience should be able to do the same. I guess that’s what happens when your hatred consumes and overtakes your ability to do an ounce of research on any topic, or for that matter even put forth an ounce of brain power to decide an issue.
Creepiness On Hannity & Colmes
Nov 13th
Okay…so, I’m listening to Bruce Hornsby on Rhapsody with my laptop, I look up and Fox News is on, Hannity & Colmes repeat at 11PM is airing. They’re talking to “Mrs. Colmes”- Alan’s wife. Her actual name is Jocelyn Crowley (she went on about some annoying liberal crap about the women’s movement and being allowed to keep her own name- how f’in romantic, ick), and her sister is the conservative writer Monica Crowley. In fact, Monica introduced her sister to Alan, and it was love at first sight.
Just found that odd.
Lowlife Olbermann: McCain is to Blame for Idiot Who Claimed Attack from Obama Supporter
Oct 24th
Keith Olbermann. It’s apparent that journalism as an institution is a joke when anyone allows this guy to get on TV at all, let alone pose as a journalist, when he’s nothing but a deranged hate-filled liberal attack dog with no sense of right and wrong, the truth or blatant lies. Tonight, he carried on his tradition of just basically being a scumbag by attacking the McCain campaign as racist. Yes, folks, a liberal attacked McCain as racist, despite the fact that he’s never said or done anything even remotely racist in his life, let alone this particular campaign.
A McCain supporter who campaigned for the senator created a hoax saying that she was attacked by an Obama supporter for having a McCain bumper sticker on her car. Most of the blogs I read the story on seemed to think there was something fishy about the story from the start, and today she admitted she made the whole thing up and claimed she had mental problems. Olbermann ”reported” this news…but then somehow turned it into a racial issue. The woman claimed it was a black man who attacked her and scarred her face with a knife by drawing a “B” for Barack. I’m not really sure how saying it was a black man who did the attack is racist in any way whatsoever. I assure you all, creating a hoax and having the main player in the story a black man is in no way racist.
Somehow, this event leads Olbermann to the onscreen graphic, “McFraud”, as if somehow McCain perpetrated the act.
He claimed that McCain would somehow be linked to race-baiting because of this lone loon. Also not sure how that works, but whatever…it’s Olbermann’s small-brained world we’re talking about here, so we should all be prepared for things not to make any sense.
He asked his guest isn’t the McCain campaign directly responsible for a culture that encourages the simple dirty trick to outright fraud in which you get arrested and perp-walked? Now, this is a ridiculous question that the guest (whoever this guy is) answers with ’oh golly gee, I don’t really know.’ You dont know?! How on earth is anyone from the McCain camp responsible in any way, let alone directly, for a lone loon who claims to have mental problems?!
Olbermann is always out of his mind, but sometimes you’ve just gotta wonder if he’s working on a full load upstairs, because this guy is flippin’ crazy. Somehow, we live in a world where Obama has direct ties to a terrorist and doesn’t have to answer to any of that, but for some insane reason McCain doesn’t have to just answer for lone loons who claim to support him, but he’s actually directly responsible for the actions of said loons!!
Keith Olbermann, as all rational people already know, is a lowlife piece of garbage. He makes a lot of money peddling hate and spending a lot of his time just telling outright lies to the ignorant MSNBC-consuming audience. The guy is everything that’s wrong with this country and bad people in general. His attacks on McCain are about as lame as he is himself. NBC News, isn’t it time to regain some of the respect you used to have by canning this fool immediately? I have a feeling the long downard spiral at NBC News is to be continued well into the future, and they have only themselves and idiots like Olbermann to blame.
ADDENDUM: I have to say…I’ve seen few on TV as hateful as Olbermann. I watched his show tonight, and he really does come off as a depsicable human being who hates anyone who disagrees with him, hates the world, and hates life.
By ending your show with the phrase of a very respected journalist…well, it just makes you a bigger joke than you were before. To end with the phrase that it’s been 2000 however many days since mission accomplished was declared in Iraq is, well it’s a slap in the face to all the servicemen and women that banner of congratulations was aimed at.
Of course, no one claimed the war was over, and the speech Bush gave at the time was aimed at congratulating the soldiers on the finish to the initial combat operations stage of the war.
What would Olbermann and idiots like him have done? Flown a flag that said “soldiers, go fuck yourselves, don’t dare think you deserve a pat on the back for anything, let alone the defeat of the regime’s military. If you pricks want an ‘attaboy’ find it elsewhere, this commander in chief has only one message and it’s, ‘eat shit and die.”
Pardon the language, but good God, what sort of moron complains that the government wanted to pat the soldiers on the back for their hard, dangerous, and noble work?!!!! That’s so beyond the pale it reaches into anti-soldier and anti-American territory.
But again, and seriously, do any rational thinking humans take anything this man says seriously, let alone approve of this garbage? NBC News, you guys are out of your minds. You deserve the lost respect and the shit ratings…when true Americans start running things over there, come back to us, until then stay down in the bottom of the pack with idiots like Olbermann and that Fred Savage lookalike whose almost as hate-filled as Olby, Rachel Maddow.
Nancy Soderberg Is a Bald Faced Liar
Oct 23rd
Oh dear. Nancy Soderberg is an embarassment. She’s a complete and total embarassment. She appeared tonight on the O’Reilly Factor to discuss the Colin Powell endorsement of Barack Obama. Now, Bill was too nice to Powell in his talking points- he said Powell endorsed Obama because the Republicans weren’t all that nice to him over the last few years and Obama embraced him. It’s oh-so-clear why Powell endorsed Obama. It’s because he’s black. Not three months ago, Powell was on record as saying that a black president would be electrifying for him. Even saying that is disturbing, as I don’t think we need leaders based on the tone of their skin. If I said that a white president would electrify me, I’d be tagged a racist, but the double standard is, as always, there with Powell’s remarks. Obama is so far from any Republican values that a Republican endorsing him is committing career suicide. If Obama loses, Powell is a goner…he loses all respect from the right, and he’s already hated by the left. The blacks who play the race card along with him will love adore him tho.
Anyhow. Soderberg discussed Powell and said that the hateful attacks coming from the McCain camp are basically beyond the pale, and that’s why Obama got the Powell endorsement.
Now, as Bill pointed out, McCain has bent over backwards to condemn attacks against Obama’s character, and he’s even refused to use his close ties to his racist anti-American pastor, Jeremiah Wright. Obama, on the other hand, took part in the kos convention last year…you’ll recall the Daily Kos is a hate site run by one of the most disgusting people in the country, who once said that the murdered contract workers in Iraq deserved what they got. So, to claim McCain hate is absurd.
On the issue of Ayers, like Obama himself, Soderberg told a blatant lie and proclaimed there was no association between Obama and Ayers at all. Thankfully, O’Reilly called her on this bald-faced lie and told her that if she was going to tell outright lies, they couldn’t even have a conversation, because such lies are an insult to his viewers. I couldn’t agree more. A grown woman who is supposed to have some brain cells in her head telling complete lies that can easily be torn to shreds is a disgusting site, and frankly I think we’re all tired of it. As O’Reilly pointed out, the two men served on two separate boards together, Obama held an event at Ayers’ home, and Obama wrote a blurb for Ayers’ book, so to claim no association was a lie that he wouldn’t stand for.
I’ll say it again- Nancy Soderberg is a liar and an embarassment. If these are the types of surrogates Obama has, no wonder he can’t tell the truth himself. You surround yourself with people who will lie for you, you probably find it easier to lie yourself. This nonsense is getting old, and it’s time for the campaign and the surrogates to stop lying to the American people. Hacks like Soderberg need to get their acts together, because I think we’re all pretty tired of this crap.
Wikileaks Scumbags Praise Hacking BillOreilly.com
Sep 24th
I’m not too familiar with WikiLeaks, as I try to stay away from sites filled with scumbags who have no respect for the law, and sites that are run by loons with no brain cells in their heads are a headache I try to avoid at all costs. I’ve done a little research on them, and it’s clear they are in complete violation of numerous laws. They also happen to be lacking any and all basic decency and logic whatsoever. Some idiot hacker living in some basement somewhere, drinking mountain dew, eating beef jerky and spending all of his time hoping he may one day touch a real, live girl hacked into Bill O’Reilly’s main website and posted customer EMail addresses, hometown information, and more on wikileaks. Of course, WikiLeaks has no qualms about hosting a forum to post this illegally gained information and even goes out of their way to praise it, saying:
“Wikileaks has been informed the hack was a response to the pundit’s recent scurrilous attacks over the Sarah Palin’s e-mail story — including on Wikileaks and other members of the press,” Wikileaks said on its site. “Hacktivists, thumbing their noses at the pundit, took control of O’Reilly’s main site, Billoreilly.com.”
“Scurrilous attacks”? Let’s examine these claims.
O’Reilly, in a commentary on his Fox News show, said of sites like WikiLeaks (he refused to name the site on air) in regards to the hacking and posting of EMails in Sarah Palin’s personal Yahoo account:
“I’m not going to mention the website that posted this, but it’s one of those despicable, slimy, scummy websites…Everybody knows where this stuff is, OK, and they know the people who run the website, so why can’t they go there tonight to the guy’s house who runs it, put him in cuffs and take him down and book him?”
So, he said that the sites that post this illeally-gained information are slimy and scummy. What do hackers with no lives do in response to this “scurrilous attack”? They hack Bill’s site and post the personal information of dozens of premium members. Classy, guys, real classy! I guess his “attacks” weren’t so “scurrilous” afterall.
Here’s a tip. If you’re going to attack someone for supposed “scurrilous attacks”, don’t respond by proving you’re brain dead morons and deserved the attack to begin with. If someone calls you slimy and scummy, don’t respond by doing slimy and scummy things. The logic of these mental giants is astounding, no doubt.
Isn’t it about time we pass tough laws (if they’re not already on the books) to punish these zombies for their slimy and scummy behavior?
And a note to the tech writers who for some reason praise WikiLeaks and similar sites for the supposedly good things they do, get real. Scumbags who sometimes do something positive are still scumbags and they deserve zero respect. Their criminals, plain and simple…and worse, they’re criminals who need to be in diapers, because they’re whiny ass little babies.
How’s that for a scurrilous attack?
Entire Panel on Hardball Agrees- Obama Playing the Race Card
Jul 31st
When even the Obama fans over at MSNBC are attacking Obama’s use of the race card, you know you’re in trouble. Will this hurt the messiah with his cult followers? Hardly. The undecideds tho. They’re only going to let the hubris and race baiting go so far before they decide that Obama isn’t their man.
From Newsbusters:
————————
PERRY BACON: I will say that Obama usually says that “they,” or Republicans, are suggesting that I’m unusual or I’m different. He yesterday said that McCain or Bush, which I think is different. I think he has not said that before. So I think this is part of a different issue than usual.
Jonathan Martin of Politico agreed.
JONATHAN MARTIN: Perry’s right. In fact, McCain’s top aide Steve Schmidt told me today that was part of the reason why they seized on this. In the past [Obama's] done the general flow. Yesterday it was McCain himself that they were accusing him of. The McCain folks wanted to seize on this quickly and make sure he knew they were not going to tolerate a direct accusation of McCain playing the race card here.
Jill Zuckman of the Chicago Tribune made it unanimous.
JILL ZUCKMAN: That’s exactly right. They don’t want to be tarred with it, they say they’re not doing it, they’re not going to do it. The only person in this presidential race who was ever sucked into a horrible race accusation was John McCain in 2000 in South Carolina, and that’s when the opposition said he had fathered an illegitimate black child, only they were referring to his adopted daughter from Bangladesh.

Alan Colmes Plays the Race Card Along with Obama, While Armstrong Williams is Just Smitten
Jun 23rd
Black conservative talk show host, Armstrong Williams, was recently quoted as saying the following about Barack Obama:
“I don’t necessarily like his policies; I don’t like much that he advocates, but for the first time in my life, history thrusts me to really seriously think about it.”
“I can honestly say I have no idea who I’m going to pull that lever for in November. And to me, that’s incredible.”
So, Williams would possibly vote for Obama because of his skin color and how it would make history. Despite the fact that he doesn’t agree with Barack on anything policy-wise, melanin alone could make him vote for the man. This isn’t just selling out your core beliefs and principles, it’s the sort of thing that stupid people do. I’d argue if WIlliams voted this way, we’d have to conclude he’s probably not all that bright.
Williams appeared on Hannity and Colmes tonight to discuss Barack Obama with Sean and Alan and Democratic strategist Michael Brown. Sean Hannity is, of course, concerned over such nonsense, so he asked Williams about his recent comments and if he stands by them. Armstrong Williams refused to say who he is voting for. It’s a “personal decision” he repeatedly told Hannity.
Armstrong said this of his comments:
He said that it was a personal decision, implied he wouldn’t discuss it publicly, and that he was still undecided (yeah right).
“I can’t vote for him because he’s black. That would contradict everything I’ve ever advocated.
I keep hoping he can make the impossible possible.”
The impossible possible? Armstrong wants to sell his core values out (if he has any), but only if Obama somehow performs a miracle to make him do so.
Why doesn’t he just admit he’s going to vote for Obama and it’s based solely on the color of his skin? How does such a buffoon have a national radio show? No core values at all. I guess he IS the type of person who would vote for Obama afterall.
He wishes Barack would allow him to sell his core values out?? What good are those values if mere skin color can cause you to betray them?!! Armstrong- man, you’re free to toss your values aside. Just don’t expect to have any friends on the other side!
The overall topic was- is Obama playing the race card by claiming, as he did last week in Jacksonsville, that Republicans are going to try to make you afraid of him because he’s black. That is no doubt playing the race card.
Colmes (always the dunce) chimes in with this gem:
“He’s playing the race card? He’s responding to the race card being played against him. For example, in North Carolina, where in the May 6 primary even John McCain didn’t like the ad they were running, linking him uhh, linking him and then his pastor and calling them extremists to local politicians. This is what they are doing, Obama is responding to it.”
This comment is just absurd in so many ways.
First off, the ad in question is here:
First off- Colmes’ point was halfway inaccurate. He tried to claim that Republicans were using the race card against him. Obama went further than that and claimed Republicans were going to try to make you fear him because he’s black…which would no doubt be racism, which is worse than playing the race card. Playing the race card is stupid and offensive. Racism, however, is just the deplorable tactic of a coward who hasn’t enough brain cells in his head to form rational thoughts.
The NC ad is, clearly, not a use of the race card. NOWHERE in this ad is race even mentioned. The issue at hand was EXTREMISM. If you deny these two facts, you’re being wholly dishonest, and you needn’t even join in this discussion. They even use the term “too extreme” to describe Obama and his pastor. This is an argument I’d agree with 100%. Obama sat in the pews for 20 years while a man who said “God damned America” preached week after week. Even Obama has had to come out and admit Wright is an extremist who he wants nothing to do with at this point. Obama, himself, made the very same point the NC GOP ad did- Wright doesn’t espouse the type of views we need in this country. Of course, Obama did this out of political expedience, not out of genuine distaste for Wright’s comments. You don’t sit in the pews for 20 years if you despise what the preacher says day in and day out.
So, the ad was clearly not a race card ad in any way. Thus, Colmes can offer not a single example of the Republicans using the race card against Obama. Thus Obama’s entire premise fails, and it’s he who is playing the race card. A cowardly act, indeed.
It’s one thing to defend your candidate, it’s another thing to toss aside honesty and integrity in doing so. If you can’t come up with an example of this supposed racist conspiracy, then call it what it is- fear mongering on the part of Barack Obama.
It’s Official: Media Matters’ Paul Waldman is a Brain Dead Zombie
May 28th
I don’t even know if any commentary is necessary. Here’s Paul Waldman from Media Matters dishonestly attacking Lou Dobbs.
Watch Waldman attack Lou Dobbs, then tell me what’s wrong with the picture. When Waldman refuses to answer Dobbs’ question on how many positive stories they’ve done on Republicans, I just had to laugh out loud. If that wasn’t bad enough, he dug his hole deeper by complaining that Dobbs is somehow irresponsible because a racist group had used one of his immigration pieces to push their hatred! I guess Dobbs is responsible for anything anyone says about him or his opinions! Amazing!
Notice in video 2 how Waldman says “undocumented immigrants.” That’s leftist idiot code for “illegal aliens.” An immigrant isn’t someone who sneaks in, violating our laws, and refusing to respect our sovereignty…and that person isn’t “undocumented”- they’re alies who come here illegally. Fact is- Waldman and his smear group would be happy only if Dobbs and everyone else pledged to accept and embrace illegal “immigration” and remove our borders altogether. Why he can’t just be honest with the world and say that is anyones guess.
Media Matters is one of the most vile, reprehensible organizations in this country, and it’d do us all well to remember that fact. Waldman is a brain dead lapdog at the heels of his master, the master of dishonest and hatred, David Brock. Go figure he’d refuse to be honest even with Dobbs.
Howard Dean: Dishonest, Pathetic Pondscum
May 4th
Chris Wallace did a good job of thrashing Howard Dean today on Fox News Sunday over the DNC’s dishonest attack ads against Senator McCain. Dean, being the lying scumbag he is replied with even more lies, stuttering, stammering his ways through his scripted BS reply. Wallace kept on him tho, making sure the Fox viewers knew the truth- that Howard Dean is a lying whimpering fool and his attack ads against McCain are wholly inaccurate.
Stay classy Democrats. Seriously…you’d have to be literally insane to support this man as chairman. What dishonest scumbag tactics he’s using, then when called on it he lies again, refuses to back what his ads said, then claims FactCheck.org is somehow not truthful! Amazing.
This guy is truly a sad human being. What goes around comes around is all I can say.
OTHERS: See FactCheck.org take apart the dishonest ads against McCain
