How Soon We Forget

Watch this very disturbing video of a 911 call from a victim of the terrorist attacks on Sept 11. I warn you, it’s quite upsetting. The video is just a shot of the towers and the footage of the first tower falling- the audio of the 911 call is the disturbing part.

Unfortunately, we have idiots in this nation who forget that this day ever happened. Unfortunately most of these appeasers are Democrats in our federal government. Unfortunately there are even some on the Republican side who forget about Cosgrove and 3, 000 others who joined him that day. Unfortunately- the idiots in NYC still haven’t rebuilt the damned towers. Unfortunately the border is still wide open, waiting for terrorists to cross it with nuclear, bio, or chemical weapons for an attack that will make 9.11 look like child’s play.

I think every member of Congress should be forced to watch this video and every other one like it…listen to every single 911 call from that terrible day. Watch the video of the towers falling again and again and again…the planes hitting, the fire erupting from the side of the towers again. A nonstop look should be running in the halls of Congress, the offices of our elected leaders.

Unfortunately, too many forget that strength comes through power. Peace comes by destroying the enemy. Unfortunately, in these PC times we live in, we can no longer name our enemies. Islamic fascists. Unfortunately, blowing every muslim nation off the world map wouldn’t go over too well. As even some muslims have said- sadly (for them), not all muslims are terrorists, but almost all terrorists are muslims.

Josh; if the only place you inhabit is the past, then you will have no future.

  2. James says:

Yes, and maybe America will realize that we should have focused on the REAL mastermind of 9/11: Osama Bin Laden.

  3. Quade says:

I couldn’t agree more. Instead of chasing ghosts in Iraq, Bush should have commiteed more troops to Afghanistan and caught OBL once and for all.

Instead we still don’t have him, and are left with the mess Iraq is in today…

  4. Josh says:

Thank you both for proving my point. Liberals don’t get it, and they probably never will. You fight ALL the enemies. The intl community agreed that Hussein had WMD. We know he trained and supported terrorists, harbored them, harbored taliban, al qeada, etc. The attacks on the war on iraq show the confusion among liberals, in general. Just allow a madman to threaten the world. Wonderful idea.

  5. Josh says:

Jan- I frankly have no idea what on earth that meant.

  6. Quade says:

[Thank you both for proving my point. Liberals don’t get it,]

-And thank you for proving mine. Sheltered Neo-Cons don’t seem to get much themselves…

    [You fight ALL the enemies.]

-True, but then one has to define “enemy”. You used Iraq and said the following about them:

“We know he trained and supported terrorists, harbored them, harbored taliban, al qeada, etc.”

-First you need to get your facts straight. Although he harbored Al Queda from time to time, he never harbored the Taliban.

Also, the Saudis and the Saudi royal family have been exposed by your CIA as being some of the largest state sponsors of terrorism and terrorist organizations in the world. Most of the 9/11 hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. The Saudis have some pretty long range weapons and have even threatened Israel with War, and in the past even joined the Arab league in a war against Israel.

These are all things that by your definition, you would consider to be an enemy, yet the Saudi’s get their butts kissed by your administration.

Do you not wonder why? If my administrations vowed to fight terror in one hand, and in the other allied themselves with those who support terrorists and most likely had a hand in 9/11, I would be outraged.

This is our unfortunate reality however. You can say how I don’t “get it” as much as you like, but at least I’m consistent. I don’t believe the US should support ANYONE who has ties to terrorists, regardless of how much oil they produce. You apparently have no problem with it.

It’s quite clear who cares more about the security of this country Josh, and it’s not you.

  7. James says:

Josh seems to think we have unlimited resources to fight evil wherever it may be. Sorry dude, it doesn’t work like that. That’s the right-wing testosterone talking.

  8. No one said wage all out war at one time. That’s absurd.

Also- we’re not friendly to the saudis because of oil. They are, as sad as it is, a moderate state. Let’s be honest about the ENTIRE middle east- islam has tainted the entire region, as well as areas of china. Anything that islam touches turns to garbage, reverts back to the 14th century, and worse…

We HAVE to deal with moderate nations in the middle east. I assume from your comments that you now support the war in Iraq, with one catch- we invade saudi arabia as well. You said that we should fight them, and that by doing so you’re being consistent. At least you understand that peace has always, throughout ALL of history come thru war. You wage war against the enemies of peace- keep them at bay the best you can…then you have a limited peace. The world’s never really seen any real lasting peace, so you settle for what you CAN accomplish.

  9. James says:

Josh, what you really want to do is eradicate an entire religious following. Uh, good luck with that. You war-mongers go in with guns blazing then stand back and scratch your heads going “golly why aren’t they greeting us as liberators?” Fact is we’re creating more hatred and terrorism in that part of the world. That’s what you neocons don’t get. But what can we expect, it’s a complicated issue.

-Or they could have NOT invaded Iraq all together. After all, if you’re going to let one get away with it, you mind as well let the other right?

As for the Saudis being a moderate state…think about this. Most of the 9/11 Hijackers came from Saudi Arabia. Not Iraq. Saudi Arabia (including the Saudi Royals) are some of the largest state sponsoring terrorists in the world. Not Iraq. More anti-West mosques exist in Saudi Arabia than nearly all other Arab countries combined. Not Iraq. If the Saudis had a lot of potatoes, they would be a parking lot by now. Since they have a lot of oil and influence in the ME, they are an allie.

If you ask me, the administration invaded the wrong country.
